The Church was beautifully decorated for the occasion

 The penultimate event of our Centenary year was a Mass and reception, which took place on the Feast of the Sacred Heart, June 27, 2003. Bishop Michael Evans, making his first visit to St. Ives, celebrated the Mass and blessed the Centenary Windows.
