| The parish meets together to discuss matters concerning the pastoral work of the community. These
Open Meetings are held
approximately twice a year. A small group of parishioners acts as a steering committee to research matters raised
at the meetings and to suggest ways forward. The Open Meeting has adopted written terms of reference for the steering group, and
representatives from each Mass Community are appointed at Open Meetings to
serve staggered two-year terms on the group. At the Open Meeting on Sunday,
October 16, 2005, a new Constitution for
the Steering Group was discussed and voted on. This was revised at the
May, 2007 Open Meeting. The Minutes of Steering
